privacy policy

This is the official website of Kill KC. It is a static site with no backend, database, or account system. This policy describes exactly what the site does and does not do with your information.

EMAIL SIGNUP

If you submit your email address through the “Stay Updated” form, it is sent to an automation workflow (built on n8n) that Kill KC operates, which stores it in a private Google Sheet used only to manage the subscriber list. That address is not stored in this website’s code or repository, and is not shared with any other third party.

The fields stored for each subscriber are limited to: your email address, the date you subscribed, that the source was killkc.com, your subscription status, the consent text you agreed to, the referring page (if available), and — only if you later unsubscribe — the date you unsubscribed.

This list is being collected for future Kill KC release, video, and show updates. Kill KC is not yet sending promotional emails to this list — collection is in progress ahead of a future campaign.

A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce spam signups; it does not collect any personal information and is not a tracking mechanism.

UNSUBSCRIBING

No promotional emails are being sent yet, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from today. Once Kill KC begins sending campaigns, every email will include a working unsubscribe link, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time. Until then, you can request removal from the list immediately by contacting killkc777@gmail.com.

COOKIES & ANALYTICS

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. The homepage opening animation uses your browser’s local sessionStorage to remember, only within your current browser session, that you’ve already seen it — nothing is transmitted to a server, and it is not used for tracking.

HOSTING

This site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any hosting provider — may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of operating its infrastructure. Kill KC does not access or use this data beyond what Vercel provides for basic site operation.

EMBEDDED & EXTERNAL CONTENT

Video content is served through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) embed, and only after you choose to press play — it never loads or autoplays on page load. Once you do, YouTube/Google may set cookies and process data according to their own privacy policy.

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, and Instagram take you to those platforms’ own sites, each governed by its own privacy policy. Kill KC has no control over how those platforms handle your data.

DATA RETENTION

Kill KC does not maintain a public-facing database of visitor or subscriber data. Signup emails are retained in the private Google Sheet described above for as long as needed to send future updates, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any email address you have submitted by contacting killkc777@gmail.com.
